Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and corporate governance on financial performance in infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sector companies on the mainboards listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed that intellectual capital had a positive effect on company performance, and corporate governance significantly had a positive effect on company performance. This shows that the company must maintain its ICs and maintain its corporate governance practices following standards to improve company performance.
