Abstract

The investment of character values in education must be implemented since the begining. The character of educatio’s succsess in Elementary school will be the foundation to create studen’s characteritie for the next level for their daily life.So,the school itself has the important rol to create success of the implementation for character education. Through character’s education since the begining ,will be born the generation who have good learned, cultured, and civilized in the midle of globalization era. The implementation of character’s education can be implemted through the school culture. School culture has the important role to increase the characteristic of the student. Culture intervension carried out towar school culture then will be change the teachers culture. Teacher culture will be caused the changin of teaching learning proces . We can see the causing of intrervension from the students’ lesson report. School culture gives guide to evaluate which one is important, good,right, and the way to reach it. School culture will be in connect the civilization in school while they are working, in teaching learning proces, even when they are having communication with each other.
