Abstract

Islamic banks and conventional banks have the same function, namely intermediation function and manage risks such as credit risk and liquidity risk. There are differences in terms of financial intermediation. There are different determinant of bank stability based on bank industry level. The literature on the conventional and Islamic banks stability in some countries all over the world rapidly expanding in different dimension. Almost researcher argue there is significant difference between Islamic and conventional banks. Islamic banks more stable than conventional banks.
