Abstract
The The activities of the business world today are very competitive coupled with the rapid advancement of technology that has been able to facilitate business activities. One of them is in the transportation business, this causes every company to have a strategy to get a lot of consumers. This study analyzes the effect of trust, ease of transaction, quality of information, and promotion on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, with the criteria that active students at University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Jendral Sudirman University, and Saifuddin Zuhri State Islamic University Purwokerto, owned and used the KAI access application. Performed transactions at least 2 times. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and model fit test. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that trust, ease of transactions, quality of information, and promotions simultaneously and partially affect purchasing decisions.
