Abstract

Reducing verbal aggressiveness in children becomes an important thing that needs to be discussed, many problems are found in elementary school-age children such as cursing, insulting, threatening, inciting, slandering, ridiculing and so other issues that allow verbal aggressiveness. This systematic review aims to compare the effectiveness of economic tokens to reduce verbal aggressiveness in children. Journal search databases, including Google Scholar, Proquest, and Science directive published for the last ten years (2009-2019). The database search results collected three articles in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria screening. The research was obtained using an experimental approach. The conclusion showed that determining a useful economic token to reduce verbal aggressiveness in children requires strong support from those relatives around them who can support the intervention process in children.Alternative interventions using economic token behavior modification methods can be said to be effective in reducing verbal aggressiveness in children, the results obtained are significant.
