Abstract

The research aimed to find out the the Implementation of Local Content of Banyumas Culture for third Graders of Elementary School in Education Unit of Kalibagor Subdistrict. This research was a qualitative research, the method of collecting the data was by interview, observation, and documentation. Through this research, it was expected that teachers could find out successful learning strategies in teaching learning process. Based on the result, the implementation of local content of Banyumas culture for the third graders of Elementary School in education unit of Kalibagor subdistrich had been already good, teachers had developed the syllabus independently, they also had applied the learning strategy and learning media. In content Local of Banyumas Culture the use of learning media should not depend on the facilities provided by school, the teacher should enable students to achieve the expected competence. Loving the culture of Banyumas was good and the etiquette was already good but is still needed some guidance from parents and teachers.
