Abstract
Background: nurse organization commitmen is the attitude or loyalty to the hospital nurses indicated a desire to remain / serve in hospitals and loves his job. When a nurse has had a high commitment to the organization will foster a professional work situation. Steeper low levels of organizational commitment can be influenced by nurses personal factors, and hospital management systems. Objective: To determine the relationship of organizational culture and job satisfaction with organizational commitment on hospital nurses dr. R Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Methods: Description of correlation with cross sectional approach. Samples were taken from rooms nurse in the district general hospital dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata who already have at least 1 year working period. With a total population of 111 and samples used 87 nurses. Sampling techniques using sampling proportions. Results: The results showed that organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant relationship with organizational commitment of nurses. Conclusion: There is a relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with organizational commitment nurses at the hospital dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga.
