Abstract

Background: Fatigue is a condition that work is characterized by a decrease in alertness, decreased reaction speed, in addition to the feeling of fatigue on the job. Objective: To determine the relationship between shift scheduling, workload and fatigue manageman time with nurses working in hospitals in the area Banyumas. Methods: The study design was a descriptive correlation using cross sectional approach. The study population was all nurses who were in the ICU (16 nurses), ER (20 nurses), HCU (12 nurses) and Perinatology (16 nurses) in Banyumas District General Hospital by 64 nurses. Sampling technique in this study using the technique of sampling by 64 respondents in total. Results: There were significant associations between shift work scheduling (p value 0.003), workload (p value 0.000) and time management (p value 0.001) and fatigue in nurses working in hospitals Banyumas space with value. Conclusion: No significant association between shift work scheduling, workload management and time to fatigue in nurses working in hospitals Banyumas space with value.
