Abstract
Fruit bagging cultivation technology is one that is done by bagging the fruit using a certain packing materials when young fruit to be harvested, one aim is to boost the quality of the fruit through the appearance (organoleptic). This study aims to determine the effect of the fruit bagging with the organoleptic quality of mango hybrids. The study was conducted with a factorial randomized block design, the first factor is 4 hybrids (F1-09, F1-47, F1-49 and F1-87), factor II is bagging time and factor III is a kind of packing material. The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden Mango Cukurgondang Pasuruan, East Java. The results showed that the quality of the fruit through organoleptic tests show the hybrid type F1-47, 40-day time bagging cloth bagging tangerines penalis really like the appearance of the fruit and for the color of the fruit is very like with without bagging, however, tangerines with a cloth bagging 40 and 60 days on the type of hybrid F1-87 indicates the fruit skin color is preferred.
