Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) mechanism and firm size to the quality of sustainability report disclosure. The dependent variables were the quality of sustainability reporting disclosure which was proxied with Sustainability Reporting Index (SRI), while the independent variables were board commisioners size, independent commissioner proportion, audit committee size, institutional capital ownership, concentration institutional ownership and firm size. The population of this research was manufacture firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2010-2015. The sample was 32 chosen using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique for this research was double linear regression analysis. The result revealed that the variable of independent commissionaries independent and institutional capital ownership had significant positive effect to the quality of sustainability report disclosure, while the variables of board commisioners size, audit committee size, concentration institusional ownership and firm size did not effect significantly to the quality of sustainability report disclosure.
