Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) To know the process of soybean into soy milk powder in research area, (2) To analyze how much income of soybean milk processing business in research area, and (3) To analyze the processing of soybean milk powder or not feasible to be developed in the research area. Based on the results showed that the process of soybean processing into soy milk at home industry scale in the research area is still relatively simple. The result of income analysis shows that income obtained by soybean milk powder business is Rp. 2.354.933, -. Acceptance obtained by soybean milk powder business is Rp. 10.000.000, - with the cost of Rp. 7,645,067, -. The R / C business feasibility analysis is 1,308. The value of R / C> 1, this means that in soybean powder processing business conducted at UD Konawe Raya District Wawotobi is efficient or feasible to be cultivated and every one dollar expenses will generate revenue amounting to 1.308 rupiah.
