Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of Science teachers after implementing STEM education integrated in Indonesian curriculum. This research is a qualitative descriptive study involving ten junior high schools thathave implemented. The respondents of this study were the heads of the STEMTeam at each school. Research data are gathered by questionnaires, documentanalysis, and interviews. The results in this study show the positive perceptionsfrom respondents after implementing STEM education that is integrated with theIndonesian curriculum. This perception can be the basis for making policies relatedto the integration of STEM education in the curriculum applied in Indonesia.
