Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education level, financial literacy, financial planning and financial attitudes on financial behavior. The population in this study are MSME actors in Merden Village, Purwanegara District, Banjarnegara Regency which are engaged in services, production and trade, totaling 1,350 business actors. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling using 235 samples. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and model fit test. The results showed that education level had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial planning had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial attitudes had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior.
