Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and research and development intensity on the company's financial performance. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The sample taken is 80 data on non-financial industrial sector companies for a period of 4 years. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the company's financial performance. In addition, Research and development intensity has no effect on the company's financial performance.
